Had a dreamless 11h of sleep and was disappointed in it.

Pulled myself out of bed for mass at 730. I really enjoy reading the good news bible in the adoration room.  I think I'll make it a habit to do it daily!


The Catholic bible contains so much wisdom I'm really not sure why so many books are not in the protestant bible.. The core message of both bibles is Love. why can't we coexist?

Had prata with PapaOon for breakfast and I left early back home. This makes me reflect on my core value: Fun Unity Love Logic- not so much unity to ditch your dad in the market and go back home hor..

Which led me thinking: I now believe Core Values are values we commit to. Which leads me to my title:

Packed up my room and organised stuff so that everything has a space they belong in. I hope to keep this up in 2025. Felt quite proud of myself after 9/10 πŸ’›

Attempted to organise my google drive but I really don't know where to start. Any tips please? I have videos and documents from 2009 and I don't wish to delete them but they aren't serving me well...

Headed off to orchard to seek medical treatment.

Dr Xu said that I had issues with my endocrine system and she knows exactly what to do. Bastard let blood out of me back and me head 666. It was painful and strange and I wasn't asked to consent. I was quite upset with the whole ordeal.

We had to travel all the way to Chinatown to pick up medical packets to drink for the next week.

Anyone has experience with this? Apparently ζ”Ύθ‘€ is a common TCM practice. Doesn't seem to have scientific backing though.

The TCM brews medicine on their own and pack them into little packets like these

to heat up and drink twice daily.


Came back home and did 1.6km in 15 min! that's a 6.66% improvement from before 666
Did laundry and had zi char for dinner yumz.

Pre-Pre Departure

So as mentioned previously, to obtain a visa, one will have to get a full body check up by an approved clinic. There was one near my place at Ang Mo Kio so I went there after booking an appointment. There's not much point actually because I had to wait for a longer time than my friend, who apparently just walked in on a clinic one day. The check up is nothing scary. They informed me over the phone that "a male doctor will be touching your breasts", verbatim. I was like "whattttttt" and the operator shyly repeated it again. Nothing to be scared of though. Most doctors are pretty tactful and won't make it weird for you. Xray was over in just 2 seconds. They were all "are you sure you're not pregnant? This can affect your baby!!" and I had to repeat it over and over again that I'm def. not. pregnant. to replies of "are you sure??????" Mood: Calm, tired 6/10 Weight: 68.2 Didn't managed to catch a wink last night. Went down to the void deck to loiter and got to hear stories from strangers. There was a rabkebabz lady coming back from Siamdiu and merlioned all over the car too. I reached out to help them buy water from the nearby 7-11 and got tipped hehe  Went for the 7am mass at the nearby church. The message was about how Jesus's family is a good example of how a family should be and we should emulate Mary, Joseph and Jesus. I enjoyed mass. Crashed the Chinese choir and Chinese mass after. Then I saw this and the value hunter in me had to go for it. Ended up getting upsold into some TCM head massage that promised to improve my sleep. apparently, my η»η»œδΈι€š >_< Had lunch at 401 and went for a short cycle after.
